At Metal Bridge Co we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide the highest quality products alongside a seamless shopping experience. However, we recognize that issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them promptly for you.

Return Procedure:

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@metalbridge.co In your initial email, kindly include pictures & video of the defective or incorrect item, along with a brief explanation of the issue.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. However, refunds will not be processed if a reason for the return is not provided, or if the item is returned without prior communication with our support team.

Cases that Metal Bridge Co makes refunds:

  1. Damaged Products: If the arrived product is damaged, We offers a full refund or replacement.
  2. Products Out of Stock: Metal Bridge Co offers a full refund if the product is out of stock. We will notify you and make the refund or replacement.
  3. Products Unable to Ship: Metal Bridge Co offers a full refund if the product can not be shipped. Due to the limited transportation, some products may not have proper shipping option. We will notify you in time and make the refund.
  4. Missing Packages: Metal Bridge Co offers a full refund if the package is missing during the delivery.

Cases that Metal Bridge Co does not make refunds:

  1. Order Delivered: We will not offer a refund or resend if the tracking info shows ‘order delivered.’
  2. Package Unclaimed: If the package is unclaimed, it will be destroyed by the local carrier within 48 hours.
  3. Tracking Information Alert: Metal Bridge Co will not offer a refund or resend if the tracking info alerts. The following reasons may cause the alert:
  • Incorrect/insufficient Address
  • Refused Package
  • Customs Clearance
  • Non-Existing Number
  • Unknown Recipient

Please note that: Order delay caused by delivery pending, such as an insufficient address, package unclaimed, inability to contact the customer, etc, Metal Bridge Co will not refund you.

Metal Bridge Co will deny the dispute of any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of God, epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection.

Shipping Responsibility:

All shipping expenses incurred for returning items are the responsibility of the customer. Tracking number of the item. If Metal Bridge Co asks for a return of the item, you need to send the tracking number to prove that you returned it.

Important Reminders:

Returned products must be unused and sent back in their original packaging.

Please clearly label the packaging with “RETURNED ITEM” to avoid any misunderstandings.

PLEASE NOTE: Personalized products are uniquely crafted for you and are ineligible for exchange or refund unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.
