Our Metal Bridge prefab tiny homes offer ample living space, measuring L13.8xW20xH8.3ft, exceeding the typical dimensions of shipping containers. Perfectly suited for 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen.
Crafted with a sturdy steel frame and flame-retardant foam wallboard, our container homes ensure durability and safety. Waterproof and thermally insulated, they boast earthquake resistance up to grade 8 and wind resistance up to grade 10. House is not wired. Please hire an electrician for standard wiring. Stay safe!
To connect water and sewage to the prefab house, utilize the valves at the backside, connecting the water inlet and sewage outlet with appropriate pipes.
Due to their size, our prefab homes require truck delivery via oversized goods logistics channels. Unloading necessitates a crane due to their weight, as forklifts are unable to handle the load.

Our prefab houses come with no installation staff. Furniture and circuits are not included and must be installed by the purchaser. Drywall anchors and screws are utilized for stability, secured through the holes on the adjustable legs.
In addition to our 13ftx19ft model, Metal Bridge offers a range of portable houses to suit different preferences and needs, including 19ftx20ft variations (with a built-in toilet), as well as a 15ftx20ft & 17ftx20ft option (without a toilet). The unit is designed for outside usage and can withstand a heavy snow load. The unit is safe before the snow reaches 6.6ft high on the roof. However, it is recommended that take off the snow in time and don’t stay inside in extreme weather conditions (storms, tornados, hurricanes, floods, blizzards, etc)
The wallboard is composited with foam in the middle, so you cannot screw in the wall. You will need to use self-adhesive hooks for hanging, and the load capacity depends on the hook.Â
